Registration for the 2022-2023 Conrad Challenge will opens the end of August … but, it’s never too early to prepare your team for the season!

This year’s Conrad Challenge will be unlike ever before. We’ve reimagined the Challenge phases and submission materials by drawing inspiration from the latest trends in the innovation ecosystem, such as lean startup and design thinking. We’ve generated a whole new innovator resource library, infused with the latest practices shared with us by startup industry experts and Conrad alumni alike. With Conrad as your launchpad, we can’t wait to see the incredible entrepreneurial journey you will embark on!

Here’s What You Can Do Right Now:

Gather your crew: Create a team of 2-5 students. Collaborate without borders by inviting students from other schools, cities, states or countries. We’ve heard it’s more fun that way! Next, you need to recruit a coach/mentor who is at least 18 years old to support your team throughout the process.

Browse the Challenge categories: Start researching and identifying current issues within the categories that interest you, and then start brainstorming solutions. You may enter multiple categories, if desired. Learn more about the Challenge categories!

The 2021-2022 Season Was One For The Books!

This past season, we had more than 800 teams compete from 17 different countries - whoa, that’s more than 2,500 students! Teams designed hundreds of innovations, received invaluable feedback from judges, earned scholarships, and received patent assistance from law firms.
