Join us as a Lean Canvas Advisor

At The Conrad Challenge, leaders and experts among industry, government, research and academia can support the youth of today and shape our future workforce. We seek accomplished individuals to serve as online Lean Canvas Advisors during the Lean Canvas Stage of this year's Conrad Challenge, with review and comment to take place November 16 – 23, 2022.

We are pleased to offer a new, short commitment opportunity to advise teams early in the Challenge!

  • During the Lean Canvas Stage, student teams complete a one-page Lean Canvas. The Lean Canvas allows entrepreneurs to state concepts concisely and test business practicality, product/market fit and key business elements early in the innovation process before proceeding with in-depth work.

  • Student teams will submit their Lean Canvas on November 11, 2022 by 11:59 PM ET.

  • Take some time to review the Lean Canvas Student Resources provided to teams during this stage.

Lean Canvas Advisor Role

  • Lean Canvas Advisors will review up to four Cyber-Technology and Security Lean Canvases online during November 16 – 23, 2022 and provide short comments and questions, up to 250 words for each team.

  • Advisors help prepare student teams for business planning by reinforcing strengths, suggesting course corrections or improvements and highlighting key challenges.

  • Modest time commitment: Expect about 2-hours total time commitment, including review and comment on Lean Canvases and online training with Q&A.
